Water Utility Refund Contracts or "Refund Contracts" payable from the largest water companies in the state of California.

A purchaser of a Refund Contract purchases a fixed amount of refund, payable over the remaining term.

For example, a Refund Contract with a 40 year remaining term, priced at a yield of 8.75% would look like this:

$300,000 un-refunded balance

$10,000 annual payment x 30 years

$105,057 Price.

The price paid or principal, is fully amortized over term. Each payment contains both principal and interest.

Refund Contracts are non-callable.
